I ran the St. Luke's half-marathon on Sunday and it was perfect! The cloudless day started in the 50's and warmed into the 60's by the end of the race. I ran my fastest 13.1 miles so far, a bit under 1:44! I've another half in three weeks. Stay tuned...

Wow, that's great Sheen! I doubt if I could run that distance although I have hiked that far many times. Guess I fall under the turtle category! ;^)
